The Cereal Docks production plant in Via Cà Marzare, Nateeo, CD Lab and the headquarters in Via dell’Innovazione have obtained ISO 14001 (environmental management) and ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety) certifications, following a demanding preparation process and the successful outcome of the final audits.
These two certifications represent a further step forward in the continuous improvement journey undertaken by Cereal Docks, with the goal of strengthening a culture of prevention, safety, and environmental and social responsibility, while promoting a more conscious and sustainable management of its activities.
This is a particularly significant achievement, confirming the Group’s concrete commitment to strengthening its integrated management systems.
The ISO 14001 certification attests to the adoption of an effective Environmental Management System (EMS), which enables the identification, monitoring, and reduction of environmental impacts, while also fostering resource optimization and cost reduction through virtuous practices such as reuse, recycling, and energy efficiency.
The ISO 45001 certification, on the other hand, recognizes the commitment to ensuring increasingly safe and healthy working environments, through a structured health and safety management system that helps prevent injuries and occupational illnesses, improves working conditions, and reduces risks.
The integration of these two international standards is a concrete demonstration of our commitment to combining industrial development, environmental protection, and workplace safety, placing process efficiency and safety, respect for people, and responsibility towards the territories in which we operate at the center.
The certification process, which does not represent a final goal but rather a solid foundation on which to build the future in a perspective of continuous improvement, was made possible thanks to the joint effort of all the functions involved.
A special thank you goes to everyone who actively contributed to the success of the project.
Thanks to all colleagues who enthusiastically supported the initiative, to all those who provided their valuable contributions (Technical Services, HR, department heads, Quality, etc.), and to Management for their support.
A special recognition goes to the HSE team and to the consultants from Aplus for the outstanding teamwork that led to this result—an achievement for the entire Group and a starting point for the broader dissemination of proper environmental impact management and a strong workplace safety culture.
