JUNE – 2019 Cereal Docks Spa acquired an abandoned industrial area in Summaga in Portogruaro, reinforcing the role of Portogruaro as the strategic hub for Group logistics.
MAY-2019 The Mantegna Academy, the Group’s business school, launched the Carta Bianca project, art in the company, and the Campus Project dedicated to students preparing their university theses in the company.
AUGUST- 2019 Cereal Docks Organic took over a rental contract and management of the company branch in the Roverchiara (VR) plant, dedicating it to the production of oils and organic panels, texturized vegetable proteins and micronized meals for food uses.
For the occasion of the 35th anniversary, the new facility at Via dell’Innovazione in Camisano Vicentino began full operations, built to render the working process more efficient and to concentrate all new business, governance and management control for the entire Cereal Docks Group in one place.
The new extraction plant began operations in the Porto Marghera facility. Demethra Biotech was founded and the start-up company ATP R&D began operations.
Cereal Docks Food was founded and started to operate in the lecithin and oil sector.
The drying and storage plant began operations in Portogruaro.
A refinery and transesterification plant began operations in the Camisano facility. “Cereal Docks International” was founded that same year, active in international markets, supplying raw materials necessary for corporate demand.
