Based on the experience and values of Cereal Docks, Cereal Docks Organic was founded in 2017, with the goal of developing the organic production chain for agricultural raw materials. In close collaboration with farmers, Cereal Docks Organic collects and processes oil seeds and protein crops for commercialization, in respect of the ecosystem, soil fertility, non-renewable resources and biodiversity. The destinations of use for our products range from farming-industrial sectors, the food sector to animal feeds.

The entire production cycle takes place in Roverchiara (Verona), from the seed to the product, guaranteeing a totally integrated production chain. In addition to the oil plant, the facility is also equipped with latest generation technological solutions and systems for the production of innovative ingredients intended for the food sector, in particular high-quality vegetable proteins derived from soybeans, like gluten-free cryogenic ground meals and texturized soy.
